COVID 19 Update – Mask Mandate Effective Immediately

Earlier this week, the CDC announced that the coronavirus delta variant accounts for more than 93 percent of all new COVID-19 cases in the US. Given the increased transmissibility of this strain, we are seeing an increase in positive cases and have had to begin quarantining a number of employees due to exposures.

Like many of you, I had hoped we were out of the woods and on our way to being done with COVID. Unfortunately we are not and given these recent trends, DENS will reinstitute its mask mandate across the company effective today Friday, August 6th. It is critical and required that all employees wear masks/face coverings while at work. When working around others or in public spaces while onsite (i.e. lobbies, restrooms, etc.), you are required to wear a mask or face covering. If you don’t have a mask, please notify your manager immediately, and we will get them to you.

We thank everyone who has been vaccinated to date and encourage those who have not yet done so to please consider doing so soon. As a reminder, DENS is offering a $100 incentive payout when you submit your completed vaccination record to HumanResources@densfs.com. We anticipate most of our clients to begin mandating vaccination of all vendors.
